A carpenter I met and worked with here in Tong Ling, China on our reality show. I love carpentry but have never done it the old school way like he does. Everything we made was done with hand tools. I learned a lot from this guy. He even took me in to be his disciple. He hasn't had one in 30 years. Not because he didn't want one, but because young people don't want to do this kind of work anymore. I think it's important to know how to make things with your own hands.
